At Arganmidas, we are dedicated to providing our customers in the Middle East with efficient and reliable delivery services. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.

COD (cash on delivery)

  • COD supported only in UAE. For orders outside UAE, please pay with Card.
  • The Cash on Delivery payment method requires an additional fee of AED 10 that you will have to pay at delivery. This fee will be added to your order total automatically and is required by our courier. If you have questions, feel free to contact us.
  • Please note that if a customer has once returned or cancelled an order, we do not offer Cash on Delivery option on any subsequent orders.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to the following countries within the Middle East:

  • United Arab Emirates
  • Bahrain
  • Oman
  • Qatar

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination country and the total weight of your order. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout. Occasionally, we offer promotions that include free or reduced shipping. These will be clearly mentioned on our website or checkout page if available.

Shipping Times

Our shipping process includes processing and delivery times:

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.(Monday through Thursday from 9:00am-5:00pm UTC+4 excluding major holidays).
  • Delivery Time: Depending on your location, orders are generally delivered within 14-21 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen factors such as customs processing, local holidays, and logistical delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, we will reach out to arrange a re-delivery, and any additional shipping costs will be charged.

Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery. We will initiate an investigation and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.
